The Uber Pro Card is a financial toolkit for drivers and couriers. Many gig workers navigate significant income instability and are underserved by traditional banks. We designed the card to give workers greater financial control through tools like instant pay and cash back on expenses.

Financial instability of Uber drivers
Supporting family abroad is a core motivation for many Uber UK gig workers, but this goal is constantly challenged by unpredictable income, high vehicle expenses, and poor access to financial tools.
Uber Pro Card
A dedicated financial toolkit that includes a debit card and bank account for Uber drivers and couriers.
Wallet
The wallet serves as the central dashboard, displaying to drivers a clear overview of their available funds and recent transaction history.
Money Movement
After receiving their instant payouts, drivers can manage their money by transferring those funds or add money from a linked account.
Card Management
Robust security controls let drivers instantly freeze their card, view details securely, and manage their PIN.
Perks
Drivers can keep more of what they earn with automatic cash back on daily car expenses such as refueling and maintenance.
White label solution
Though initially built for Uber, we designed a flexible white label solution whose components can be adapted for any future client.
Expanding on the Driver Experience
While only a glimpse into the full product, this was a multi-month project collaboration between Uber and Marqeta.
